Over the last 20 years, Amit lead diverse portfolios within top BPO/Contact Center organizations in the Philippines and India. Among his accomplishments are creating and implementing strategic plans alongside C-level leadership teams to foster a mission-driven culture to promote accountability and collaboration. He has extensive experience in driving customer experience, quality improvements, and scaling operations across different verticals. Amit is also certified six sigma methodologist and performance coach.

Pia plays several trailblazing roles in the area of Globally Accredited Coaching and Mentoring, Leadership Development and Behavioral Economics. She is former country representative of Gallup, the ASEAN Head of the International Authority on Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M) and the CEO and Co-founder of The OneCORE. She is the leading Life Coach favored by the country’s chief executives and key social influencers and is consistently invited to give seminars and workshops in South East Asia and throughout the Philippines on performance management, personal development, marriage and parenting.

Richa is an experienced entrepreneur and a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience. She has built Good Food For Good from scratch to a multinational brand of organic better-for-all food brand in Canada and USA. She has an MBA from Schulich School of Business and decades of experience in CPG, retail and fashion across three countries.

Delfa leads with Deliberative, Learner, Responsibility, Arranger, and Developer talents. She is an experienced administrator and currently leads our initiative on empowering youth with 21st century education.
